解散後的小妖精動向:

[Black Francis]



Pixies 解散後，Black Francis 將自己的名字改成 Frank Black，並展開自己的 Solo Career。
單飛後的 Frank Black 活躍依舊，93推出的個人同名專輯 "Frank Black" 獲得不錯評價，接著94年又繼續發行他的第2張專輯 "Teenager"，而童心未泯的 Black 似乎更盡興的奔騰在自己的想像世界中。



此後，Frank Black 幾乎每隔一兩年就有新專輯問世，至今他以個人名義發行了十四張專輯，包括十三張錄音室專輯和一張演唱會專輯，依序為：

[Kim Deal]



Kim Deal 早在 Pixies 尚未解散前，就和 "Throwing Muses" 的吉他手 Tanya Donelly，"The Perfect Disaster" 的貝斯手 Josephine Wiggs，再加上鼓手 Shannon Doughton 合組了 "Breeders"　樂團。
他們在1990年發行了一張十分熱門的專輯 "Pod" ，當時 Pod 的銷售成績甚至比 Pixies 的 Bosasnava 還來的好。

93年，當 Pixies 正式解散後，Kim 找了自己的雙胞胎妹妹 Kelley Deal 接替原本吉他手 Tanya 的位置，然後發行他們的第二張專輯 "Last Splash"，專輯中收錄單曲 "Cannonball" 十分受樂迷們喜愛，因而榮登當年最受歡迎的獨立搖滾歌曲。



之後 Breeders 歷經多次團員異動，所幸這兩年還能持續發表新作，他們歷年錄音室作品有：

[重組後的 Pixies]

2004年，睽違13年之久的 Pixies，終於在所有樂迷的期盼下復合了，這次的重組也讓過去無緣感受他們現場熱力的樂迷終能一睹名團風采。
重組後的 Pixies 開始在5月份的 Coachella Valley Music Festival 開唱，接著他們進行一連串的國內巡迴演出，一直持續至8月才結束。之後，他們更遠赴歐洲各國繼續他們的演出。
